Unexpected Spring Cleaning

WOW!!! What a good looking yard right? We think so! After having spent almost a week in the hospital the house had been needing some serious attention with spring coming on and all. So I committed to coming home that day and getting things cleaned up and nice for Jill to come home to. Well the doctor gave us the okay to come home together. We arrived home to the greatest sweetest surprise we could have imagined...OUR YARD WAS CLEANED, TRIMMED, WEEDED, MOWED, and MUCH MUCH MORE!! AWESOMENESS flowed from our yard. We were so grateful for my family that had come by and done all this for us while we were away. I thought that was great because it would allow me time to be able to clean up the inside of the house and catch up on the laundry...thats when the Allphin crew showed up to the rescue of a confused inexperienced husband...whites with colors? Within a couple of hours...the laundry was done, dishes cleaned, house was vacuumed, and pretty much all was in order in just a short amount of time. It was an incredible experience that brought us to tears. The most amazing part is that the kindness that everyone had shown has not stopped since that day. Acts of service like these are occurring on a daily basis at the Pickett home.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! And we cannot say thank you enough for all that you have done for us. We are so grateful to have such wonderful family, friends and neighbors close by and even far away who have come to help. We love you and thank you all for playing a part in helping us keep the little boys in the cooker until they are ready to come healthy and safe.
